Dataset description
Data on compensation areas are recorded in the natureg productive system of the Land of Hesse in accordance with § 4(4) HAGBNatSchG and § 4 of the Compensation Ordinance (KV). This is done by entering directly or importing the supplied data. According to § 4 HAGBNatSchG and § 4 Compensation Ordinance, information on compensation areas must be transmitted to the Nature Conservation Information System and Central Register natureg. According to this, only the data that have been completely handed over and recorded by bodies obliged under § 4(4) HAGBNatSchG are available. This also applies to the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data.The respective authorities are responsible for the correctness of the data. These are also contact persons for information on the nature, status, scope and execution of the measures.
