Development plan Bergedorf 94 Hamburg

The development plan Bergedorf 94 for the area west of the Serrahn between Bergedorfer Straße, Sander Damm, railway facilities and Alte Holstenstraße (district of Bergedorf, district 602) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Sander Damm — Railways — Alte Holstenstraße — Weidenbaumsweg — Northeast boundary of parcel 4585, northeast and south-east boundary of parcel 7179, via parcel 5354, northeast boundary of parcel 1764, via parcel 7017 (Serrahnstraße) and 7015 (Serrahn), east boundary of parcel 7015, via parcel 622, east and south border of the parcel 7015 of the landmark Bergedorf — Bergedorfer Straße — Weidenbaumsweg — southern boundary of the parcel 7075 (Grabendamm) of the Gemarkung Bergedorf.
