The development plan Bergstedt 18 for the area of application on both sides of the Bergstedter Chaussee, north of Heidredder, east of Vogtredder and Plaggenkamp, south of Rügelsbarg and along the border with Schleswig-Holstein (Wandsbek district, district 524) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Bergstedter Chaussee — West boundary of parcel 206 (Plaggenkamp), south- and west borders of parcels 206 and 177 of the Bergstedt — Lottbeker Weg — Rügelsbarg — Land border — South-east border of the parcel 2222 of the Bergstedt area — Volksdorfer Grenzweg — South-east and south border of the parcel 3125, southern borders of the parcels 1970 (Vogtredder), 258 and 3027, south and west border of the parcel 3028 of the Gemarkung Bergstedt — Vogtredder.
