The plan area shall be limited as follows: Northern boundary of parcel 1871 — Krumdal — Süllbergsterrasse — Süllbergstreppe — northwest and northeast boundary of parcel 143 — Elbterrasse — Möller’s staircase — via parcel 2146 (beach path), east borders of parcels 2146 (beach path) and 1536, via parcel 2176, southern boundary of parcel 2176, via parcel 2140, via parcel 2245 (beach path) — Stehrs Stairs — west and north boundary of parcel 2371, western boundary of parcel 2370, south and west border of parcel 1181, southwest and north border of parcel 1179, northwest boundary of parcels 1178, 1176 and 1174, western boundary of parcels 1173 and 1657, on the parcel 1871 of the Blankenese area.
