The development plan Eidelstedt 31 for the scope north of the freight bypass railway, between Kieler Straße and the Bundesautobahn (district of Eimsbüttel, district 320) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Kieler Straße — west and north boundary of parcel 5760, northern boundary of parcel 4886, west and north boundary of parcel 4844, via parcel 1176 (Eidelstedter Dorfstraße), northern borders of parcels 1177, 5079 and 6186 (new: 6618), west and north boundary of parcel 4376 (Steinwiesenweg), over parcel 4376, east boundary of parcel 4376, via parcel 4376, northern boundary of parcel 6186 (new: 6618), via parcel 6186 (new: 6618), northern boundary of parcels 3533 and 3260, eastern boundary of parcels 3260 and 1172 of the Eidelstedt area — eastern boundary of parcel 99 of the Stellingen area — freight bypass — via parcel 98, southern boundary of parcel 98 of the Stellingen area — southern boundary of parcel 1418 (Olloweg) of the Eidelstedt area.
