Development plan Eidelstedt 4 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the development plan Eidelstedt 4 of 16 October 1973 (HmbGVBl. P. 436) is amended as follows: 1.The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Ordinance on the Eidelstedt 4 Development Plan” is attached to the Regulation. 2.The “single paragraph” becomes § 1. 3.The following § 2 is added: SECTION 2 The following provisions apply to the implementation of the development plan: 1.In industrial areas and in the commercial area, retail establishments shall not be permitted. 2.Exceptionally, retail establishments which are directly related to craft or manufacturing enterprises and have no more than 10 per cent of the area superstructured with the building but not more than 200 m² of sales and exhibition space shall be permitted. 3.Exceptionally, shops for local supply up to a sales area of 100 m² are permitted. 4. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479). 5.The area referred to in the Annex to the Regulation as ‘A’ shall be fixed as an industrial area.’
