The Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 development plan of 9 October 1973 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 429) is amended as follows:
1.The “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 Development Plan” shall be annexed to the Regulation.
2. Paragraph 2 is amended as follows:
1.The previous text becomes number 1.
2.The following point 2 is added:
2. For the area depicted in the installation (Julius-Vosseler-Straße, Vizelinstraße, eastern borders of parcels 1765, 1772 to 1794 and southern borders of the parcels 1795 to 1798 of the Lokstedt area), the following applies:
2.1 The roofs of the residential buildings shall be formed as flat roofs or flat-edged roofs with a maximum inclination of 6 degrees. Squadrons are not allowed.
2.2 Light shades shall be used for the exterior walls of the residential buildings.
2.3 Exceeding the building limits in the rear areas of the property through balconies, loggias, bays and conservatories can be allowed up to 2.5 m. An exceeding of the front building limits by single-storey stems and bays up to a depth of 1.5 m can be permitted. The width of the stems and bays shall not exceed half the width of the building, but not more than 4 m.’;
