Section 2(2) of the Neugraben-Fischbek 20 Development Plan of 18 June 1968 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 172) is replaced by the following:
2. In so far as the development plan does not lay down any rear construction limits, the depth of development, measured from the front building boundary, is 25 m. The limitation of the development depth referred to in sentence 1 shall not apply to the pure residential areas between the roads Fischbeker Holtweg-Heidrand-Störtebekerweg-Gödeke-Michels-Weg and between Moisburger Weg- Fischbeker Holtweg-Edelheide, provided that the areas located behind the 25 m boundary are not covered by public roads.
