Development plan Niendorf 24 1st change Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Niendorf 24 development plan of 30 July 1968 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 200) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Niendorf 24 development plan” will be added to the Regulation. 2. In § 2, the following point 7 is added: 7. In the area depicted in the annex between parcels 5969 (formerly northeastern part of parcels 2617 and 2618), 2616, 2615, 2614, 2613, northeastern boundary of parcels 2617 and 2618, 2616, 2615, 2614, 2613, north-east and south-east boundary of the parcel 2612 of the Niendorf-Bansgraben area, the fixings for a 5 m wide public route branched off from the vineyards and for a parking space with entrance from the vine are removed; the land shall be designated as non-surfaceable land.’
