Dataset description

The purpose of the development plan in 1992 was the designation of commercial (GE) and industrial areas (GI), the road areas necessary for the development of traffic and a wastewater treatment plant necessary for the disposal of waste water. Furthermore, the regulation of emission control concerns for housing development was a priority. Development plan No. 01 established the planning law basis for the use of the industrial and commercial area by investors from various sectors.
