Dataset description

The development plan No. 16 alleviates the existing maladministration caused by the mixing and proximity of incompatible uses (in this case industry/commercial and housing). The aim of the planning was to arrange urban planning within the existing commercial building area along the Voschkower Weg, as well as the re-use of the building’s existing buildings. At the same time, the B plan is intended to safeguard and protect the adjacent and existing residential buildings in their existing buildings.
