The Rissen 45/Sülldorf 22 development plan for the Suurheid — Sieversstücken area (Altona district, districts 226, 227) is established. The plan area shall be limited as follows: Langensaal — via parcel 289 (field path 77), over parcel 320, north-west and north-east border of parcel 312, over parcels 313 and 312, northern boundary of parcel 6146 of the Rissen area — Lehmkuhlenweg — northeast and southeast borders of parcels 5083 and 5084 of the Rissen area, over the parcels 1140 (Sieversstücken), 1177, 1176 and 2078, northeast boundary of parcel 1140, via parcels 2153 (railways) and 2230, southern boundary of parcel 1140 (Sieversstücken), via parcels 2228 and 2789 (railways), south boundary of parcel 2222 of the Sülldorf area, southern boundary of parcel 4791, via parcel 4993, 5002 (both railway facilities), 5001 and 3562 of the Rissen area — Sülldorfer Landstraße — western boundary of parcels 5007 and 5000, over parcels 5002 and 4993 (railways), southern boundary of parcel 4791, via parcels 4791, 453 (Suurheid) and 452 of the Rissen-Marschweg area.
