The Ordinance on the Sülldorf 2 development plan of 5 September 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 273) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawing illustration, for the area of Camerstücken-West boundary of parcel 86 of the Sülldorf-Sülldorfer Knick-Klobbenheeg area, two-storey pure residential area in open construction is fixed on parts of the former parcels 86, 87 and 89 of the Sülldorf area. No more than — two apartments per residential building are allowed.The eave height is max. 5.5 m.
2. In § 2, the following provision is added:
4. Access for the areas west of Klobbenheeg road is to be made via Kamerstücken street. For this purpose, further local traffic areas are required. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. They are fixed on request in a decision pursuant to Paragraph 14 of the Hamburgische Wegegesetz, as amended by 22 January 1974 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- undverordnungsblatt, p. 41).’
