Development plans of the city of Göttingen (circles)

The development plans of the City of Göttingen regulate the possible development of parceled plots and define uses that are permitted on the land or in the respective buildings or indicate the areas that are to be kept free from development. The building plans are aimed at builders, architects and all other interested parties who want to get an overview of the respective planning law. On the basis of urban spatial data, the circles of all scopes of the building plans decided by the bodies, valid and legally binding, are presented. Thus, it can be determined on which areas binding planning law exists.
