Dataset description

The service transmits the Digital Orthophoto 20 cm (DOP20). Digital orthophotos (DOPs) are equal, scale-to-scale aerial images. They are updated in a 2-year cycle. The bottom pixel size is 20 cm. For more information, visit: http://www.ldbv.bayern.de/vermessung/luftbilder/bayernbefliegung.html Through an additional integrated metadata layer, the user can get an overview of the topicality of orthophotos. The retrievable map section per WMS call is limited to a maximum of 4,000 x 4,000 pixels.
