Dataset description
The German Basic Map 1:5000 (DGK5) is the basic topographic map in North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition to the boundaries of ownership, all essential forms and uses of the earth’s surface are presented in complete, position- and fundamental-scattered ways. The DGK5 is the link between the Property-Oriented Property Map (ALKIS) and the medium-sized topographic maps. The service is based on the DGK5 in grid format (Gauß-Krüger-System (Bessel), 3. Strips, EPSG 31467). The service also provides the data of the height foil (height lines).
