Dataset description
The Airborne Laser Scanning (airborne laser scanning) is a modern method for the large-scale detection of altitude information of the Earth’s surface. The data from Airborne laser scanning is a prerequisite for the construction and continuation of high-resolution digital terrain models and digital surface models. The raw data obtained from the Airborne Laser Scanning (ALS) is provided as ground points (KB) and non-ground points (KNB). This service is used to download laser scan data. It is operated by the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, State Office for Internal Administration.
