Dataset description
Ensembles are majorities of structural installations in accordance with Art.1 para.3 and Art.2 BayDSchG (Description of Monuments) whose overall location, square or street image is worthy of conservation. The monument property does not depend on the mapping and entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria of Art.1 BayDSchG. For all projects, an early participation of the Bavarian State Office for Preservation of Monuments under Art.6 and Art.7 of the BayDSchG is necessary.
