The Flood Risk Management Directive (HWRM-RL) 2. Cycle 2016-2021 identified potentially affected fauna flora habitat areas (FFH) for flood loads HQ Frequently, HQ100, HQextrem. According to the EC Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (FFH Directive), each Member State must designate areas for a coherent ecological network of protected areas.
