Dataset description
The filtering and buffer function of soils is their ability to bind, dismantle or retain pollutants. It is a basic regulatory function. The Saxony soil assessment instrument serves as a methodological basis for the assessment based on the official soil map (BK 50) and the city floor concept map (SBK). Main input parameters are cation exchange capacity and air capacity.
