Dataset description

If the noise level in the night-protection zone is below a certain limit value, the right to reimbursement of structural sound insulation measures shall not apply until the beginning of the sixth year after the determination of the noise protection area. The respective regulations are based on the Act on Protection against Airborne Noise (FlugLärmG).
