Dataset description

This WMS service shows the flood risk area landscape in the state of Brandenburg. The service includes three flood scenarios, each as a single layer. HQ high (high probability flood): Floods with a return interval of 10 or 20 years. HQ medium (mean probability flood): Floods with a return interval of 100 years. HQ-extreme (extreme event): Floods with a recurrence interval of 200 years and assumed failure of existing flood protection systems. The data is provided by the State Office for the Environment of Brandenburg (Unit W16).
