Level of processing of flood risk management plans (HWRM-P) to be prepared in accordance with the EU Flood Management Directive and pursuant to Articles 73 to 75 and 79(1) of the WHG for second-order waters. A distinction is made by: — HWRM-P completed (including decision/confirmation by the City Council) — HWRMP in progress — HWRMP provided — no HWRMP necessary.
