Dataset description
The data set contains the linear objects for forest fire protection in the Free State of Saxony. These are mainly truck-operated paths and constantly water-bearing trenches, as well as wound strips, effective fire bars and wood-empty strips, etc. The forest fire protection includes preventive measures to prevent the emergence and spread of forest fires. The data form the basis for the forest fire protection maps 1:25,000 and 1:100,000 in Saxony.
