Dataset description

The geological model represents the geological structures and rock layers of the area around Nochten in a 3 dimensional space. The geological model of Nochten is a basic model that depicts the encountered rock layers of the tertiary up to the quaternary. The maximum model depth is 190 m below NN. Furthermore, the model integrates geological disturbances, as well as coal-bearing horizons and was created as GOCAD model in version 2013.2.
