Dataset description

The German Basic Map 1:5000 (DGK5) is a topographical base map. It represents the Earth’s surface geometrically taking into account the boundaries of ownership. The DGK5 is available for the district area Mettmann in grid format (TIFF, 149 individual sheets). The continuation was discontinued at the end of 2013 and from 2019 the DGK5 was replaced by the Official Base Card (ABK).
