The “Soil benchmark base map at the reference date” serves as the basis for the demarcation of the land benchmark zones (Section 196(1) of the Building Code) for agricultural and forestry land. It is derived and frozen from ALKIS® (Official Property Register Information System) at the respective soil benchmarking date. The content of the ground benchmark base map is reduced to the mark boundaries and names. The boundaries have been generalised with a maximum position deviation of 0.5 meters. The soil benchmark base map does not represent and does not replace an official proof of land from the real estate register.
