The groundwater equilibrium plan describes the large-scale flow directions and gradients of groundwater by means of the representation of the groundwater pressure area at lines of the same height (isohypses in [m ü NN]). Essentially, the groundwater isohypses are provided for the upper main aquifer. In addition, the map provides indications of spread areas of the main aquifer, geological disturbances, stream shrinkages, groundwater sheaths, and artesian groundwater conditions.
