Heat cadastre Hamburg — B plans with energy specifications

Building plans (binding building plans, B plans) are legally binding plans, which include building step plans, partial building plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, the current development plans according to the Federal Building Act (BBauG) and from 1986 according to the Building Code (BauGB). In a series of development plans, which have been drawn up over the last 20 years, a determination has been made on the supply of new buildings with heat for heating and hot water. Usually, the heat cover from a heat network (providing connection and use) was determined. Differences are mainly due to different high quality requirements on the heat grid. These are shown in different colors in stages. Detailed information can be found in the heat cadastral manual.
