Dataset description
The official house coordinates define the exact spatial position of the buildings addressed. Data source is the real estate register of the Länder and thus the official list of all parcels and buildings in Germany. Unlike data calculated or otherwise collected by interpolation, the official house coordinates are based on an individual survey on site. They are continuously and comprehensively updated by the competent cadastral authorities.
