The rescue centres are in-house forestry concepts, which are also made available to the public on a voluntary basis by forest owners. The data is collected to the best of knowledge and belief by forest owners and kept up-to-date according to the available human and financial possibilities. Rescue points are located in the forest ecosystem, which is subject to natural weather conditions or calamities. There is no claim at any time, especially due to the deliberate destruction of rescue sites and vandalism, as well as in the case of snow, storm, wind throw, etc., the completeness, availability or accessibility of the rescue meeting points. This also applies in the event that poor path conditions or regular wood harvesting measures, in which paths are closed and cannot be driven during harvesting, delay the approach to the rescue centres by the rescue services. The rescue meeting point data is provided free of charge by the Landesforstverwaltung (LFV) and ForstBW AöR. There is no legal claim for the disclosure of the data. Entering the forest takes place in compliance with and compliance with local laws and regulations. The further processing of the data e.g. for integration into specialist applications is permitted — however, it is NOT permissible to change the data — in particular the rescue meeting point designation and the location coordinates.
