The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Regional Planning Community Lausitz-Spreewald on the legally effective factual sub-regional plan II extraction and safeguarding of near-surface raw materials of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (Legal Decree of 26.08.1998), transformed into the INSPIRE scheme PlannedLandUse.
The plan includes priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials to secure the use of gravel, sands, clays, peat and hard rocks from opposing uses in the region. The region comprises the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald, Spree-Neiße and the district-free city of Cottbus. The record is provided via an interoperable display and download service.
