The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the regional planning community Oderland-Spree on the legally effective factual sub-regional plan spatial structure and basic functional priorities of the Oderland-Spree region (legal regulation of 27 October 2021), transformed into the INSPIRE scheme PlannedLandUse.
The “Space Structure and Basic Functional Priorities” plan defines and secures basic functional priorities (GSP) in the districts of Märkisch-Oderland, Oder-Spree, and the district-free city of Frankfurt (Oder). The Regional Planning Association Oderland-Spree is implementing a corresponding mandate from the regional development plan Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). The GSPs are usually the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to ensure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local local supply. Against this background, GSPs will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 23 districts are defined as GSP. The record is provided via an interoperable display and download service.
