Inspire Download Service (predefined ATOM) for data set Jahnstraße

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): With the development plan “Jahnstraße” the planned area with commercial fallow and former railway system is to be brought to an urban design and order and the favourable location to the station, town center, public and private facilities is used for further development. The further aim of the development plan is to secure and expand residential and commercial enterprises in the area of Jahnstraße, which do not significantly disturb housing, such as trade and services. This also applies to the reuse of the commercial fallow. In the Feuerbachstraße area, residential development in the existing area is to be secured and further developed and formative settlement structures will be maintained. Furthermore, the area of former railway installation including road space Jahnstraße is organised and designed on the basis of the development plan.
