Dataset description

The topic of noise includes data on environmental noise mapping 2017. Affected are main roads and non-federal main railway lines outside the metropolitan areas and the major airport Stuttgart. The calculated sound levels are grouped into level classes in 5 dB(A) grading. The measured value (measure) is the lower limit of the level class, since a classification (e.g. “55-60 dB(A)”) is not foreseen in the previous INSPIRE data model.
