Inspire View Service: ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone/Overview map of construction restrictions and mining authorisations in Brandenburg (WMS-AM-BGBERECHTBESCHR)

The Interoperable INSPIRE Presentation Service (WMS) ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone (Overview Map of Construction Restrictions and Mining Permissions in Brandenburg) contains data on the areas of the construction restriction areas in which the building permit or approval required for the construction, extension, modification or use of construction installations may only be granted with the consent of the mining authority (§108 BBergG). Also included are data on currently existing permits, permits and mine ownership for the exploration and extraction of mountain-free mineral resources in accordance with the Federal Mining Act. According to the INSPIRE data specification ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone (D2.8.III.11_v3.0), the contents of the INSPIRE card are available. The WMS includes the following layers: — AM.prospectingAndMiningPermitArea: The area in which the prospecting and extraction of minerals has been authorised and for which the licence or concession has been granted. — AM.restrictedBuildingArea: Construction restricted areas are those areas in which a building permit or approval for the construction, extension, modification or modification of use of construction facilities may only take place with the consent of the mountain authorities. — The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone contains data about building restriction areas in which the building permit or approval required for the construction, expansion, modification or change of use of structural facilities or where the approval may only be granted with the consent of the mining authority (§108 BBergG). Also included are data on currently existing permits and mine property for the exploration and extraction of non-mined mineral resources in accordance with the Federal Mining Act. The content of the map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone (D2.8.III.11_v3.0). The WMS includes the following layers: — AM.prospectingAndMiningPermitArea: The area on which the prospection or extraction of any mineral has been authorised and for which that right or permit is granted. — AM.restrictedBuildingArea: Building restriction areas are those areas in which a building permit or approval for the construction, expansion, modification or change of structures may only be granted with the approval of the mining authority.
