The Interoperable INSPIRE Presentation Service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (Brown Coal Plan Welzow-South Spatial Section I in Brandenburg) provides an overview of settlement sites, mining areas, safety zones and land use of the mining follow-up landscape from the legally effective lignite plan Welzow-South Spatial Section I (Legal Decree of 21.06.2004). According to the INSPIRE data specification Land Use (D2.8.III.4), the contents of the plan are INSPIRE compliant. The WMS includes the following layers:
— LU.2_3_Brown coal plan: A lignite plan as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/2_3_Braunkohlenplan.
— LU.7_2_7_1_ProspectingAndMiningPermitArea: The area in which the search, exploration or extraction of minerals has been authorised and for which this right or authorisation has been granted.
— LU.7_2_8_Recultivation: Open space allocated to recultivation.
