Land Use Flood Risk Areas HQextrem 2. Cycle

For the risk assessment of the Flood Risk Management Directive (HWRM-RL) 2. Cycle 2016-2021 the land use of the Digital Landscape Model (Basic DLM) Lower Saxony of the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying of Lower Saxony (LGLN) was reclassified into six classes. These data are presented in the flood risk maps in the area of risk areas. Depending on the scenario, HQhae Frequently (frequently/high), HQ100 (medium/medium), HQextrem (rare/low), there are different extensions and risks.The reclassification includes the following summaries:- residential areas, mixed-use areas, industrial and commercial areas; Areas with functional embossing-traffic areas- Agricultural land used; Forest, Forest — Other vegetation and open-air waters
