Dataset description

For the risk assessment of the Flood Risk Management Directive (HWRM-RL), the land use of the Digital Landscape Model (Base DLM) Lower Saxony of the LGLN was reclassified into six classes. These data are presented in the flood risk maps in the area of risk areas. Depending on the scenario (H — frequent, M — medium or L — rare event), different extensions and risks arise.The reclassification contains the following summaries:- residential areas, mixed-use areas, industrial and commercial areas; Areas with functional embossing-traffic areas- Agricultural land used; Forest, Forest — Other vegetation and open-air waters
