Dataset description

A development plan is developed from the land use plan and, for limited areas, determines legally as municipal statutes how land may be built (type and extent of structural use and construction method). As a rule, land use is residential, trade, industry and public/private infrastructure as well as supply and disposal. The development plans were drawn up by the 6 municipalities of the district of Ammerland.
