Land use plan City of Bremen

Land use plan of the municipality of Bremen: According to the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB), the land use plan is the preparatory and thus the overarching planning plan of a municipality. The procedure for establishing the land use plan is regulated in the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). The land use plan represents the current and planned land use, according to the foreseeable needs of the municipality, for the entire municipality in the broad lines. The descriptions of the land use plan form the basis for the detailed determination of the use of the land, since the development plans to be drawn up for sub-areas of the municipality (binding land management planning) are to be developed from the land use plan.
