Dataset description

A plot of land is a spatially (geometric) limited, usually marketed locally with boundary marks, part of the earth’s surface, which is officially measured. It is shown and described in the real estate register with its classification characteristics (community, landmark, if applicable, parcel number), boundaries, demarcations, location designations, area sizes, uses, buildings and owner data of the official surveying system. The parcel is a booking unit of the ALKIS Official Property Register Information System and serves as proof of ownership in the land register.
