Dataset description
For hydrocarbons (petroleum, natural gas, oil shale) as mining-free mineral resources within the meaning of Section 3(3) of the Federal Mining Act of 13.08.1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310), the Land Office for Geology, Raw Materials and Mining (LGRB) grants public mining authorisations (concessions) for exploration (mining permit) and for extraction (mining authorisation and mine ownership). In addition, old mining rights from the period prior to the entry into force of the Federal Mining Act continue in the form of mining property. — The map shows the existing mining authorisations on hydrocarbons. — Further information: https://lgrb-bw.de/bergbau
