The present database moos17_r.shp includes all find information of the species database M-V on moss related to measuring table sheet quadrant. The data were aggregated by type, year and measuring table sheet quadrant.
The precise data is available as a standalone database (moos15_p.shp).
The present raster data stock includes insg. 94,570 records (aggregated from 139,235 observations) on 607 moss species from 1667 to 2017.
It is not a systematic, complete survey of the entire land area. Rather, data from various projects and volunteering were collected. For areas without found points, therefore, it is not possible to automatically assume that the species is missing. In the case of corresponding habitats or habitat structures, studies on the possible occurrence of the species(s) must be carried out within the framework of authorisations and authorisations.
