Information from the State Environmental Administration of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: The natural spatial structure as a topic in the map portal Umwelt M-V consists of the following hierarchical levels — Landscape zones — Large landscapes — Landscape units — Natural spaces The version underlying the digitisation of the natural structure for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania was developed separately for the terrestrial and marine sectors (cf. sources) and merged in 2001 on behalf of the LUNG by the company Umweltplan and to the national borders and coastlines of the ATKIS base DLM (1. Level of realisation) adapted. The individual topics of this area are also available as WMS natural spaces.
