NI_ALKIS_flowing waters

‘Flowing waters’ means a geometrically limited, above-ground water flowing on the mainland, which collects the quantities of water that fall as precipitation on the surface of the earth or leaks into sources, and to another water, sea or in or in a geometrically limited artificial watercourse, which has the same height of the water level in one or more sections, transports a lake or in a system of natural or artificial deepening of soil, which is approached or discharged for drainage.
