Depending on the location of a land or building within the noise protection area, the FluglärmG regulates construction bans, restrictions on structural use, compensation for construction bans, reimbursement of expenses for structural sound insulation measures and compensation for damage to the outdoor living area. The noise protection area is determined by the Bavarian State Government’s ordinance.
