Objective sub-regional plan Basic functional priorities of the Havelland-Fläming region

In accordance with Objective 3.3 of the Land Development Plan Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg (LEP HR), basic functional priorities (GSP) are to be defined in the regional plans. The establishment as a basic functional focus gives municipalities a particularly functional area of opportunities in the areas of settlement development and the development of large-scale retail. The main determining factor for the establishment of a GSP is the presence of the 11 equipment characteristics prescribed in the LEP HR (e.g. local government headquarters, primary school, general medical care, daycare, youth care, care for the elderly). The planning body has carried out the assessment of the equipment criteria and identified 31 districts, which are defined as basic functional priorities by applying the criteria of the LEP HR.
