Dataset description

The data shall contain less-favoured areas, in accordance with the FOS Regulation or the EEG, at the level of the areas. The Ordinance on the opening of the tender for photovoltaic open spaces for bids on arable and grassland areas in disadvantaged areas (Free Area Opening Ordinance — FFÖ-VO), adopted on 7 March 2017 by the Land Government, can also be added to bids on arable and grassland areas in disadvantaged agricultural areas of up to 100 MW per calendar year for the nationwide solar tenders in Baden-Württemberg.
