Real estate benchmarks NRW

Real estate benchmarks are georeferenced average position values for real estate based on a map based on a typical “standard object”. They shall be derived expertly from the purchase price collection and determined by a decision of the expert committee. The real estate benchmarks are determined annually by some expert committees in relation to January 1 of the current year and are subsequently published. From all available real estate benchmarks, a single country dataset is then formed. In addition to the provision of the current real estate benchmarks, data from the previous years from 2011 onwards will also be offered.
